On Chesil Beach...

After a lovely lunch at the Crab House Cafe (highly recommend it) we thought we would investigate the waves and wind on Chesil Beach. As we stomped up the shingle it became clear that we really were battling against the elements... (funny that - with all this gale force weather we've been having..) We just about managed to get the boys upto a good viewing point before realising that really we shouldn't be there.. on the way back down to "shelter" we managed this pic.. I really am fighting the wind to hold onto the boys... exhilarating, if a little scary!
