Sauce!

Have had a pretty decent day; the car passed it's MOT no problem, my bit of work checked out OK and most importantly this sauce was great with the kofta/meatball hybrids that I knocked out for our tea. Just a pity that the rugby team was misfiring on all cylinders but at least it wasn't unexpected. Will settle down now and hope that the Belgians can match up to the Scandinavians in the Saturday night crime business.
