Sammy the seal …………...

We decided to get out of the Borders today and headed off for a late lunch at Archerfield in East Lothian. It was lovely and it's nice to see that the place is still really busy and doing well. After lunch we headed along to North Berwick and had a very quick walk round the harbour area - it was soooo cold! My fingers were numb by the time we got back to the car. I've never noticed 'Sammy' before - he lives just next to the Scottish Seabird Centre which I'm sure will be worth a visit once the gannets return to the Bass Rock in the photo. Quick run along to Falko Konditorei in Gullane - Black Forest Gateau purchased - and home in time for the rugby. Best bit was the cake at half-time!
