One of my passions -
I love chocolate
But I have never made my own , my son brought me a chocolate
workshop for christmas. We had a lovely afternoon making ganache
and then coating with chocolate and various toppings.
We even had a bit of a lesson about different types of chocolate.
Allegedly the best is Valrhona described as the Rolls Royce of chocolate
at approx £9 per bar but I have a birthday coming up so here's hoping
