Flooded footpath

Spectacular flooding again; this is normally a cinema car-park with a footpath by the river. I dread to think how much worse it can get with more storms predicted. Thankfully, and crossing fingers, our home is deemed as in low risk, but it is so sad to see the livelihoods and homes wrecked.
The local council is appealing for people to minimise water usage as the sewers are struggling. Extraordinary times.
