I've spent most of the day at work but I did at least get out for a ride on the bike first thing, before this current band of wild weather swept in. It's lashing down against the windows as I write this. I took quite a few pictures in Shipley at lunchtime but although the street photos actually appeal most to me at the moment in terms of my photography, this shot represents more of what I want to remember about today.

I actually felt quite good on the bike on the way out to Burnsall, but the legs struggled over the last few miles on the return leg. I might have bonked a bit even. I didn't actually get to have any dinner last night - which reminds me. It's now 11.30 pm and I haven't eaten yet tonight either. I suddenly feel quite hungry.
