Tonight I made my homemade spaghetti sauce. I'm trying to branch out a little this winter with the culinary skills. I figure this is a fine season to pick up a new hobby (especially once winter sets in and my camera begins to collect dust). Green, yellow, and red peppers. Italian Sausage. Tomato sauce. Noodles. Wait. Noodles? I seriously thought I had spaghetti noodles around here somewhere. Alas, penne will have to do.
