will I still hike it?

I awoke in a quandary. My plan to drive north to see sweet Tom, Kirb, and the kitties was dashed when half of the state was in a winter lock down. So rather than risk life and limb, I stuck around here. Mid morning I found myself the epitome of stir crazy and in spite of the rainy downpour, I headed out into the North Umpqua forest. I found a great trail to hike, got completely soaked in a two-hour trek, but loved the giant dripping cedars and ancient firs. Three weeks...
