Granity George

We spent 2 nights in Granity on the West coast of the South Island and what a beaut couple of days we have had and the weather on the Coast has been superb. Today we travelled to Nelson stopping at Murchison to see FarmerGirl and family we arrived while they were busy Milking and MrsPuff got to meet FarmerBoy and FarmerGirl. Nelson is nice and warm we went to Rabbit Island for a swim at the beach and the water is as warm as a tepid bath. Before leaving the Coast I had to get a photo of a Coaster, the Coast is a bit Wild West and rugged bush with some of the friendliest you can meet. This is George who has a scrap recycling yard across the road from the pub and is as hard case as they come a real Coaster.
