Souptastic

Another successful haul from p n b's garden resulted in way too many veggies for my teeny tiny fridge.

The solution was what looks like being quite a yum soup that will do me through the week and restock my freezer for a bit.

Nice, healthy and well hopefully tasty, but smells awesome & fresh so that's a good indication.
