Heart Shaped Yorkshire Pudding

Made another batch of Yorkshire puddings and thought this one looked heart shaped…..if you squint your eyes you might see it too and it's not even St Valentine's day!
I thought I'd experiment with this batch and used soda water in the last of the batter to see if it would make them any lighter, it didn't , they were disgusting and went in the bin.
Gary Rhodes' recipe is my favourite, using an extra egg white.
