Mother-in-law

This is my mother-in-law. The unsual aspect of this picture is that her eyes are open. (She likes to close them when I am taking her picture).
Tomorrow she goes in to surgery to take some of the bone spurrs in her hands an elbows out. We are used to her hands, I don't know if you can actually see how arthritic they are.
