Fran and Estelle came with their families for lunch before we drove back to Scotland. Rowan and Murron particularly enjoyed seeing their wee cousins Elodie and Frances and had fun scooting about the garden with them. It was sad to say goodbye to everyone, especially Mum.

The drive home was smooth and although a little of me will forever be in France, it's good to be home. Sam greeted us with BIG hugs, the cottage is intact, the animals are fine and we get to sleep in our own beds :)
