Masked

Have had a great day today with my brother and sister-in-law. We met up at lunchtime and saw David's Bailey's Stardust at the National Portrait Gallery then trooped up to Paddington to see Punchdrunk Theatre's The Drowned Man. The audience move through the piece at their own pace - you can explore the set as you wish or follow particular characters. You have to wear these spooky looking masks inside so as not to get confused with the performers. They are a bit hot and uncomfortable after a while and it's quite disorientating. We were still discussing and debating the show hours later over dinner.
