Small Breakers

8.2C with bright spells with more cloud later. Breezy.

Apothecary7, Maeve the Deerhound and I had a walk round the usual bridle path and beach route before lunch. When we started off it was bright full sun, but by the time we got to the beach cloud had come over and the light was altogether softer over the sea. Small breakers were tumbling towards the shore over the rocks.

Later I watched France and Italy play in the 6 nations. Lots of effort from Italy but France broke loose after half time and made enough scores to have a convincing win.

It is only fair to say that Scotland were dire yesterday against England on a very muddy Murrayfield. The muddy Murrayfield will be upgraded to a hybrid pitch at the end of this season.
