Pace Maker

Gordon paced me on his scooter for the first mile of my run this morning. We took the path by Belhaven where I took this snap, then he turned back and I carried on for a few more miles.

Malcolm had a Lord of the Rings marathon today, sat on his backside on the couch with all 3 films one after the other. Up and out tomorrow!
