Sunday roast

Lamb would probably be my roast of choice, but I thought I'd experiment and give a nut roast a try. Its only the second time in my life I've made a nut roast. And the first time, only a couple of weeks ago, I never got to taste it. So I'm hoping when it comes out of the oven in 35 minutes its going to taste alright. Dispatches on the first one were positive.

Have been watching some of the winter Olympics - the Slopestyle is a bit bonkers. But then, so is the luge, the moguls.....
