Even though there are still things to rectify and sort out, we opened the shop doors today, no fanfare, adverts or announcements.
After a lot of debate we thought this would be best, a slow pick up as we did at Helmsley to give the staff time to learn about the sweets and us time to judge the customers base.

We were mobbed!!!!!! A really great day with lots of lovely feedback and promises of regular custom - plus there was a afternoon and evening show at the theatre next door!

This is taken after a couple of hours - the jars were all full on opening. We now need a stock order on Monday.
