It's in the bag

We were up at a ridiculous time for a Sunday, to get my daughter to her regional gymnastics competition. The venue was a little warmer than yesterday, thank goodness.

H and her partner did extremely well, placing 3rd in the under 14's girls pairs. They were very happy with their place.

An early finish meant that we were home before 3pm, so I decided to get my sewing machine out. I made this lined tote bag in a couple of hours.

We are now on Day 3 of living Sky-free. After the initial moans and groans from the kids, things have been quiet. I don't know how long we will last without all those channel choices, but I am quietly thanking the BBC for it's Winter Olympics coverage, as this is keeping my son happy for now!
