Through the round window

When I was a kid I used to love a show called Play School. There was alway a segment where they went 'through the window' (round, square or ??) so see something being made in a factory or similar. It seems a strange thing to entertain children with but I used to find it amazing. I am still filled with that sense of wonder now. About once a quarter I get to go to see how things are done in different parts of my business. We go as a group and it is to help us become better leaders and decision makers. Today was one of those days and I learned a lot. There were also lots of highly comical moments; good day all round really.
