Day 40: Signs of life

On my afternoon walk, I noticed this clump of bulbs (with life blooming from them!) laying on the side of the road, apparantly dug up by some sort of earth moving machine. I picked up the clump and brought it home to plant in one of our gardens. I hope they survive!
