After work this evening I've been for another run along the river with Ali and Mr M. The weather was wet and windy and blooming cold but I loved every second of it.

After the run we headed out for dinner in the local pub, they have photos of notable locals on the walls including Alan Titchmarsh who spent the first 18 years of his life in Ilkley.
