Happy Together

Joined my daughter in her reunion with her friend who's about to return to NY; we had a wonderful day together

We rounded up our reunion with a drink in a nice jazz café and I asked her if its atmosphere reminded her of NY and she told me NO 'cause entrepeneurs in NY don't invest in the ambiance of their shop like the Europeans do ~ I have no idea, never been to NY, but also cannot imagine all bars and restaurants there are like a trucker's store along the highway
