39/365 Mushrooms, Spinach and Peppers

Mushrooms, Spinach and Peppers being sauteed before adding to an omelette.

Lights was mixed coming from both the window behind the shot and from the indoor electric lights above.

I adjusted the white balance to best suit the colors of the food in as much of the image as possible. The light around the edge of the pan coming from the window shows up as the blue looking highlights.

The sautéing was being done by my wife, who joined blip a few days ago as OnePhotoatatime.
