Fiesta Eggs

These confetti-filled egg shells have been floating around, slowly diminishing in number since a friend sent them (in the wake of the Santa Barbara Fiesta this August). On happy occasions, we break them over each other's heads in celebration.

Tonight's culinary adventure was Thai Tofu Peanut Curry over yesterday's saffron rice. It turned out well despite following a ridiculous recipe that was poorly written, fairly incoherent, and managed to forget a few ingredients along the way.

This was after I watched the strangest movie I've ever seen.
