Yorkshires!!!!

Roast dinner à la Leila and Mitchell today! We also had puppy playtime and lots of Olympics and lots more snow!!

This was Nigella's reverse Yorkshire recipe which, she in turn got from Jane Grigson’s English Food! For me they work every time! They didn't rise as high as usual potentially because I was using sunflower oil as opposed to goose fat! Still delicious though!
