Top of the Rock

The Saturday before Christmas.

We thought it'd be nice to go into the city to do all the classic Christmas things...skate at Rockefeller Plaza, have breakfast at Tiffany's...all that stuff from movies.

In reality, of course, it was busy, really busy.

The wait for skating was about two hours. so we opted for visiting the top of the Rockefeller Center instead. It was sunny, warm, clear. You can see the Empire State Building with Brooklyn Bridge on the left and a tiny Statue of Liberty on the right.
