An ingluvies of gulls taking off from a field not far off the freeway, Chuckanut Drive. In Mount Vernon, we ended up not getting snow, even with the frigid weather, while those to the north and south of us saw a bit. Temperatures are now in the upper 30's F, with warming into the mid 40's predicted for the days ahead, and it looks like we can expect rain all week. Not that this gull ingluvies here will mind. :)
