Warming Up

I was walking back from the bank one morning and saw this - I believe this is the Black Spinytail version of an Iguana, more commonly known as a Garrobo. They are very quick, both scuttling round and to lose their temper and are not adverse to confronting people or animals....alias the reason this photo was taken from a safe distance, especially when it started hissing at me. This one was probably nudging 4' in length.
