The dark brown table is only there temporarily, when the sun loungers go outside the table sits between them. New stuff from Ikea, Roy has painted, I have cleaned windows and lamp shades, and the conservatory looks lighter and brighter.

Dentist for me today, exam, clean and polish, appointments made for April to start the process of me having a new crown.

Gym this morning, did 4k in 29 minutes so I have shaved a minute of my original, I now need to start upping my distance.
