Information Outage

In the morning there was someone from our coastal guard in radio. He said that there has been already lots of rescue missions which are related situations when people are walking in thin sea ice and then dropped in icy water. He said that: "If you want to see this coming autumn, you should avoid walking in thin sea ice now on".
