A trek with windmills

Travelled the whole of the Garden Route, and some more, so most of the day was spent in the car.

I'd never seen any wind turbines in South Africa until we came across a large array near Jeffrey's Bay. Not all were working in spite of a decent breeze. Maybe they were just being set up, as we passed the longest lorries I've ever seen each carrying one blade each.

I liked the blue sky, the turbines, the scrub vegetation and the mountains behind.
