Long-tailed Tits

So I'm upstairs and have just turned the shower on, and am about to step into it, and then I catch sight of these through the window.
They're rare here; and despite the fact that they generally travel in flocks, I've only once seen about eight at a time, and then a single one a handful of times. Not once, before today, have I been able to get a photo.
My camera's downstairs in the kitchen. There are no curtains. You're all photographers; would you have hesitated??
Thankfully, no posties, meter readers, or random strangers passing while I ran to get it :0))
