Eye of the Tiger

Today I got my running shoes on for the 1st time since last September. The thing that finally got me fired up was my 3rd piece of bad news in less than a week.

I was determined that I wasn't going to allow things to defeat me. Oh that and the fact that I've signed up to do the Edinburgh half marathon in May.

It was great I just kept going and felt like Rocky ready for the fight ahead!!!
