Pirate ship!

A chap, or a couple of chaps have been working on this since it became my route to the town. I suspect they have been at it for years. Everything on the boat, including the cabin, masts and the hull, seems to be made of steel. I have some doubts as to whether it will float or gracefully keel over. Why they are doing it, I can only guess.
