Technique Challenge: Slow Synch Flash

Hmmm. This was a lot harder than I thought it would be. I tried numerous experiments on my daughter and her friend but they just wouldn't do what I wanted! So it's another SP I'm afraid. I had to make it black and white because I was so orange.
This one will take a lot more time and practice to get right I feel.
