I've added the camera details to cure your curiosity a little, but on how we MADE the picture is quite simple. <: My father took the giant sparkler and wrote "I Love" with no links by shielding the flame after each letter with a black plastic ice-cream tub, and stepping to the left to start the next. The 30sec shutter speed wasn't enough to get the "You" in frame so we set it up again with a plan to merge the two photos. He took creativity to the next level and decided he'd go much farther down the street to make it look smaller, and VOILA!
