The Golden Hour

Walkies on the beach in the sun today, tide on the way out and couple of hours before dark. Every day the beach is different. Today it was almost flat, and I only had to step over the groynes. Tomorrow it may be that I have to climb, or there might be huge drops one side only. Fascinating. The pups jump the groynes - Merlin hurdles over lightly and Molly is more of a scrambler. Today's doggy game was to run over to the other side of the groyne and then I'd see little heads pop up to see where I'd got to. Most amusing.
