Injured Wrist

I had a brilliant birthday yesterday but one drawback was a left over injury I had from hockey. Last week after playing I had some twinges down the tendons in my wrist, and yesterday I made it much worse by playing.

Today's blip is of Debbie strapping it up with a bandage.
