Up in the hills

George's first visit to the mountains of the Lake District, and he seemed to enjoy himself!

It's been a long time since I've been hill walking, and having had such a wonderful day, I don't know why. It was fabulous. We climbed up to Alcock Tarn above Grasmere and this was the view from the top. It's the Old Man of Coniston.

I climbed that a long long time ago. Maybe with some more trips like this, I'll be able to climb it again!
