Recently as Singapore move toward a multi national society with vast nationalities living & working together, even food evolve.
Today I visited a fusion Japanese restaurant. I must say they did a great job beautifying your food. It's so attractive that I had to take a photo of it before I eat it.....Here's the "boutique dish"
