Happy New Flat Day!

Well, all the waiting is finally over. Just after 10am we got the call to say we could go and collect the keys for our new flat. After a bus journey across town, the keys were ours, even better, the estate agent was at the end of the road so a minute later and we were at our new front door. Nice isn't it?

No doubt over the coming weeks you'll see blips of the inside but the door seemed appropriate for today. It's still empty but it feels so good to know soon it will be our home. There's work needs done but hopefully by monday evening we'll have made a good dint in it.

Now to make lists and plans for the weekend.
