Rant Alert!

Sorry about this but I can't help myself.
Is this person ignorant, lazy, selfish, greedy or just can't park?
You get booked for exceeding your time, how about your space?
Sure there is a spare spot on the left now, but there wasn't when I arrived, nor anywhere else in the car park. Grrr...
