Butter Paleo Biscuits.
This morning my neighbor and I went out for a 5km walk/run to start off our day.
The late morning I baked a few biscuits.
Here is the HOW TO MAKE ( in case you interested )
1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
1/2 cup Coconut flour
2 eggs
2tsp Vanilla essence
4 Tsp Honey ( I used 2 as don't like too sweet )
1/2 Cup Ghee ( or you can use butter )
Bake in oven for 12/15 mins at 160 C ( 325F )
Allow to cool for 5 mins before removing.
Later I'm Personal Training……then after dinner I'm off to teach The Power Ladies….a very active day!!
