Snowdrop walk

Taking advantage of a window in the weather M friend P and I took a path by the river which is locally known as the Snowdrop Walk at this time of year. Despite proximity to the water these little plants flourish there under the trees and multiply year on year, even though the area is regularly under water at times of flooding. A very impressive sight just for a few weeks.
