Drawers Full of Meat

Today was a top notch foodie day.

It started with a session in the kitchen of Edinburgh's 'Steak' Restaurant in Picardy Place. Learning how to cut the meat and how to cook the 'perfect' steak - followed of course by eating them!

I was seriously impressed by the drawers full of ready prepared steaks (they serve a lot in a night).

This was followed by a photoshoot for my new foodie business with the lovely Neil Forbes in his restaurant Cafe St Honore.

Needless to say today was a very very good day!
