Bubble Tea

I visited my friend in hospital today and although I was shocked to see how she looked, I have every faith that she will recover. She loved the scrapbook I made for her and we laughed over old memories as we unwrapped each others' Christmas presents.
After the visit, Jenny, Dad and I went into town to LOL, a bubble tea bar where I tried bubble tea for the first time. I drank iced hibiscus black tea with lychee popping buba (bubbles) it was an odd and intriguing sensation as the bubbles popped in your mouth!
Mum cooked us a delicious dinner as we watched some of the winter olympics including half pipe and slope style, then when dad and Jenny went to watch the Wednesday game, mum and I watched Balanchine's Jewels ballet while curled up on the sofa.
