Lycra legs

After a 10k run yesterday, I was feeling not too bad for another run tonight.
After a busy day and the weather turning, going out was the last thing I wanted to do. But with looming races, it was kit on and off I went. Not too bad split times and was feeling good so added another mile on.
So more miles banked :)
