Burns

As part of Burns night a few weeks ago, all the children in Erica and Katie's school had to lean a poem.

Erica had a particular difficult poem to learn (Well I would say that I'm English and I didn't understand a word).

Everybody in Erica class had to recite the poem and Erica along with five others were put forward as the best in the class. Three were to be chosen to say the poem to everybody in the school.

Erica was chosen as the first in the class, and then disaster. She was off sick for two days!

The school was brilliant and Erica was able to recite the poem a week later. Afterwards she was awarded her certificate of Excellence.
