An unusual garden visitor, perhaps it was the drop in temperature and snow showers that brought 3 Redpoll to the garden feeders today. Nice to see and easy to approach but they stayed well inside all the branches making a clear photo impossible.

I enjoyed having them drop in.

Just noticed my one year ago blip had a bit more snow than today
